What this site processes

The hosting provider necessarily processes basic technical connection data, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the website. The site does not set non-essential cookies or carry out analytics or advertising tracking. Booking and newsletter-interest forms are processed by Netlify Forms.

If you write to Marek

The contact links open your own email application. If you use a booking form, Netlify Forms processes the name, email address, reason for contact and message you provide, sends a notification to Marek and stores the submission in the site dashboard. Marek uses booking details only to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting professional engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing a contract where one results.

Email correspondence and form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage a resulting engagement or comply with legal obligations.

Newsletter interest

If you choose to hear occasional news from Marek, the email address and consent you provide are sent to Marek through Netlify Forms. Marek will confirm your email before adding you to a mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Links to other services

Links to DistroKid, streaming services and YouTube take you to independently operated services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and may ask to restrict or object to its processing where applicable. To exercise those rights, email marekbrazdapiano@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
